Content can be requested by staff and students (with the support of a staff member). Content that can be displayed include staff events, general notices, student showcases or club advertisements. For further questions or inquiries, please email: [[1]]

Signage Locations and Speficiations

Available Locations Guidelines
Screen content can be viewed in the following pre-determined places:
  • Large Media Wall
  • Exhibition Space
  • Elevators
  • Collaboration Hub
  • Blue Carpet Level 2
  • Blue Carpet Level 3
  • Lower Plateau
  • Content must be affiliated or supported by Curtin University (no external competitions or events).
  • Content must be 16:9 ratio (e.g. 1920 x 1080) otherwise content will be cropped.
  • Content must be requested by a student affiliated with a club or endorsed by a staff member.
  • Content must abide by Curtin’s branding guidelines. Content can be rearranged by the tech team to meet these standards.
  • Static content lasts for 8-10 seconds maximum so succinct, visual content is best.
  • If supplying a PDF, PDF must not exceed 30 pages. If content is over 30 pages, provide all pages as .jpg images in a folder.
  • Videos can be of any length.
  • Videos cannot exceed 2GBs otherwise provide us with a YouTube link to your video.
