Guidelines

Screen content can be viewed in the following pre-determined places:
- Large Media Wall
- Exhibition Space
- Elevators
- Collaboration Hub
- Blue Carpet Level 2
- Blue Carpet Level 3
- Lower Plateau

- Content must be affiliated or supported by Curtin University (no external competitions or events).
- Content must be 16:9 ratio (e.g. 1920 x 1080) otherwise content will be cropped.
- Content must be requested by a student affiliated with a club or endorsed by a staff member.
- Content must abide by Curtin’s branding guidelines. Content can be rearranged by the tech team to meet these standards.
- Static content lasts for 8-10 seconds maximum so succinct, visual content is best.
- If supplying a PDF, PDF must not exceed 30 pages. If content is over 30 pages, provide all pages as .jpg images in a folder.
- Videos can be of any length.
