Guidelines

Screen content can be viewed in the following pre-determined places: Large Media Wall Exhibition Space Elevators Collaboration Hub Blue Carpet Level 2 Blue Carpet Level 3 Lower Plateau

Content must be affiliated or supported by Curtin University (no external competitions or events). Content must be 16:9 ratio (e.g. 1920 x 1080) otherwise content will be cropped. Content must be requested by a student affiliated with a club or endorsed by a staff member. Content must abide by Curtin’s branding guidelines. Content can be rearranged by the tech team to meet these standards. Static content lasts for 8-10 seconds maximum so succinct, visual content is best. If supplying a PDF, PDF must not exceed 30 pages. If content is over 30 pages, provide all pages as .jpg images in a folder. Videos can be of any length. Videos cannot exceed 2GBs otherwise provide us with a YouTube link to your video.
